Proceeding him in death are his siblings: Andrew Price , David Earl Price, Frances Ashe, Robert Hayes, Michael Price, James Arthur and Joseph Price.

Willie Lee Price spent his adult life working at Georgia Pacific in Conway NC for 36 ½ years as a Laboratory Technician. He devoted his life to preaching the word of God. He spent years at House of Prayer No 3 as an Assistant Pastor but spread the Word everywhere and to everyone who would listen. He was a devoted provider to his family and friends. He will be missed by all who loved him.

His children: Angelia Powell and husband Wilson of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Douglas Price of Durham NC, Patricia Reese and husband Robert of Greenville NC, Pamela Motley and husband Gregory of Durham NC, Teresa Speller and husband George of Fuquay Varina, NC, Willie Price III and wife Latonya Price of Greenville, NC and Brian Price and wife Jessica of Greenville N.C; Twenty-five Grandchildren; Many Great Grandchildren; His Siblings: Mable Lee Holt of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Will Price of Garysburg, NC, Rebecca Anderson of Tennessee, Benjamin Price of Kuwait, Forest Price and wife Candi of Killeen, Texas, Josie Price of Roanoke Rapids, NC, and Betty Newell and husband Haymond of Gaston NC; His Mother-In-Law: Bernice Parker of Roanoke Rapids, NC; also, mourning him are a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
