The Life of William Thomas Boone, Jr.,74

Mr. William Thomas Boone died at his residence on Wednesday, June 5, 2013.

Mr. Boone served in the United States Army. While in the Army he attended the U.S. Army Engineering School, Fort Belvoir, VA and was later given an Honorable Discharge.

Left to carry his legacy are: A devoted wife of 56-years: Julia Mae Person-Boone of the home; Three loving children: Carol Elaine Boone Savoy, Hanover, MD, Derek Monnell Boone, Olmey, MD and Jeanette Hope Boone, Suitland, MD; Three Grandchildren: Jevon Pierre Boone, Glen Savoy, Jr. and Erika Janae Boone; A Great-Grandchild: J'Leil Jevon Boone; a host of loving Sisters, Brothers-In-Law, Sisters-In-Law; nephews, nieces, special family and true friends.

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, June 12, 2013, 1:00 In The Afternoon at Evangelistic Church of Deliverance-Santuary, Weldon, NC. There will be a Tri-Part Eulogy--delivered by: Rev. Jeremiah Webb (associate Minister at First Baptist Church, Weldon, NC), Apostle Richard Webb and Bishop Wayne I. Welch, (Pastor of Cool Spring Missionary Baptist Church, Gaston, NC). Bishop Wm. H. Cheek, Sr. is Pastor.

Burial will follow in Chapel Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Garysburg, NC.

The immediate family will have a private viewing Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at 12:30 pm at the funeral parlor. A public viewing will follow beginning at 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
