The Precious Life of Miss Shaunette Monique Shearin, 28

A private viewing for immediate family ONLY will be held Sunday, January 13, 2019, 12:30 PM at the funeral parlor, followed by a public viewing from 1 to 6 PM

Funeral Services will be held Monday, January 14, 2019

12:00 O'Clock High Noon

Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church, Seaboard, NC

Rev. Carl Boone, Pastor will deliver the eulogy

Floral Attendants:  Nieces     --      Pall Bearers:  Tony Drew, Derrick Sykes, Tony Hunter, James Mitchell and Jason Buffaloe

Burial will follow in the church cemetery

Our sun has its rising and its setting.

Yet deep within us we know the instincts,

of immortality and reach for eternity.

Shaunette Monique Shearin was the daughter of James Lee Shearin and Felicia Mitchell Shearin.  She was born on June 9, 1990 in Halifax Memorial Hospital in Roanoke Rapids,  North Carolina.

She began her education at Northampton County West and completed her formal education at Miracle Tabernacle Christian School in 2007.

"Bootie Boot" as she was affectionately known, Loved Life, Loved Family, and Loved her friends.  She had a smile that radiated a room.  She had one very special "Love in her life..her son:  Tre'Shawn Shearin (Tre').  Bootie Boot brought the party in the room with her presence.  Bootie Boot was a daddy's girl....the baby of the bunch!

She peacefully departed this life to claim her victory at her home on Monday, January 7, 2019.

Those left to cherish Her memories are:  Her Son: Treshawn Shearin; Her Father: James L. Shearin; and Her Mother: Felicia M. Shearin all of the home; Two Brothers:  James Mitchell of Garysburg and  Antoine Shearin and fianee Veola of Seaboard, NC; Four Sisters:  Shenka Hunter and husband Tony of Chesapeake, VA, Crystal Shearin of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Belinda Williams of Wilson, NC and Shonicka Debro of Orange, NJ; Maternal Grandmother: Goldie Mitchell of Conway, NC and Paternal Grandmother: Lillian Buffaloe-Shearin of Richmond, VA.  Survivors also include:  Her Maternal Aunts:  Evangeline Mitchell  and Patrinia Deloatch  and husband Timothy, all of Conway, NC and Telicia Whitehead and husband Eric of Charlotte, NC; a Maternal Uncle: Carlos Mitchell of Woodland, NC; Her Paternal Aunts: Brenda Hooker, Denise Vauters-Shearin, and Sondra Shearin all of Richmond, VA and Yolanda McCoy and husband Kelvin of Richmond, VA; Paternal Uncles:  Ernest Shearin and wife Susie and Wydell Shearin both of Richmond, VA , Jerome Shearin of Boykins, VA and Troy Shearin of Hopewell, VA.  She has seven (7) nephews and eleven (11) nieces, two great nieces and one great nephew.  Amongst are large brood family, Bootie Boot had a host of friends.
