On Sunday, November 19, 2017, God dispatched his host of angels to Oak Grove Baptist Church area in Garysburg, North Carolina to bring Rosalee "Rosie" Kolodchak Markun, 93 to her heavenly home.  Formerly of Wilmington Manor, Delaware, she spent much of her final years with her family in Florida due to ailing health.

Rosie was born in Millville, New Jersey, to the late Anastazia Elizabeth (Zavada) and Dmytro Kolodchak.  She was predeceased by her husband, Charles Markun, and her siblings:  Mary, Michael, William, Peter and Andrew.

Rosie is survived by her Daughters:  Susan and Rosemary; a Grandson:  James Hanks; and  Great-Grandchildren: Tegan and Atticus.

Services will be private.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Asbury United Methodist Church, 300 E. Basin Rd., New Castle, DE 19720.
