Hephzibah Abraham, affectionately known as PATRICIA WEBB was born
on July 18, 1960 to the late Mary Ellen Webb (Pokie Dot) and Sherman Johnson
in Occoneechee Neck, Jackson, North Carolina.
On Thursday, September 20, 2018, the angel of death called Patricia's name
and she expired in her home in Pooler, Georgia.
Patricia attended schools in Northampton County, graduating from
Gumberry High School in 1978. Patricia worked for Armstrong Atlantic in
Virginia where she obtained her LPN License.
At the tender age of 17, Patricia made the decision to devote her life to
Christ and also that same year gave birth to her first born, LaToya Hardy, then
at 22 years old, her first son Cardell, who was born in a house on Little Street in
Weldon, North Carolina. She then at 25 years old, had her third child . . . 2nd
son, Millard who gave her a little complication but managed to push through.
Finally, at the age of 27, Tabitha (Pooh) her last child was born . . . a baby girl.
Patricia spent time in Atlanta, Georgia on her spiritual odyssey. She later
moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, and finally, to Pooler, Georgia being her
final residence before being called home to rest in peace with her heavenly
Father.
Patricia was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin,
and friend who absolutely loved her family. She adored her children and held
them extremely near and dear to her heart. She was a beautiful woman both
inside and out and had an impeccable fashion sense. There is a lot that can be
said about the amazing woman, that we her children and many others were
blessed to be able to have known and loved. She was a phenomenal woman in
every sense of the word and she will be missed dearly by many and the times
and special moments we had will be cherished forever. Love you our one and
only "Ma".
She was a mentor, life coach, she was a shoulder to lean on, cry on; she was
the direction. She wasn't just a mother, she was a daughter, a sister, a friend.
She was the guiding force in our life.
She leaves behind four children and three grandchildren, with one on the
way.
Also left to cherish her memories are Her Siblings: James Webb of Roanoke
Rapids, NC, Anna Bell Brown and husband Augustus Brown of Hinesville,
GA, Pattie Grant and husband Raymond Grant of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Edith
Webb and devoted friend David Bell of Garysburg, NC, and Thornton Boone of
Maryland; Survivors also include many aunts, uncles, a host of cousins, other
relatives and friends.
Patricia will rest in the the comfort of Coleman Funeral Home & Staff...Service That Is Distinctive But Not Expensive...Because WE Care...
