His request was to have his remains donated to Science.

Maurice slipped away from us on Saturday, November 27, 2021 in his home in Garysburg, NC.

He was born in North Tonawanda, NY to Maurice L.  Johnson, Sr. and the late Bette (Lieptak) Johnson. Maurice was a major fan of the  Buffalo Bills. He loved Music and football.

Those left to cherish his love are: His lovely wife of 30 plus years: Brenda Zitzka Johnson of North Tonawanda, NY; His daughters:  Amber Johnson (Spence) of Waynesville, NC and Ryan Johnson  (Spencer) of Matthews, NC; His son: Maurice Lee Johnson, III of Charlotte, NC; Two adorable grandchildren:  Maggie McGregor and Ian McGregor; His Father:  Maurice Lee Johnson, Sr. of North Tonawanda, NY; Three Sisters:  LuAnne Keil and husband Gary, Jackie Hankinson and husband Mark and Linda Johnson all of North Tonawanda, NY; His brother: the late Kenneth Johnson: god daughter:  Emily Johnson; many neices and nephews; and a host of other relatives.
