This is to certify that Mr. Leroy Edwin Frisbie, 67 of Nichols, NY, took his eternal flight on Saturday, February 16, 2019 in Henrico, NC. Born in Waverly, NY to Mary Helen-Frisbie and the late Leroy E. Frisbie, Sr. His grandparents preceded him in death are Leon and Mildred Felton.

He was a loving father, son, brother and grandfather. His favorite place to visit was Walt Disney World, where he could see the magic and smiles on his children and grandchildren's faces.

A wonderful man with a good heart, that would do anything for anyone in need. He did amazing things-like owned a carnival, a campgrould and loved driving trucks. His quote was, "Peace and quiet on the open road".

He is survived by his biological children:  Sarah Allison and husband Mark, Rebecca Bailey and Eliza Dabulewiz and husband Jermey; Fifteen Grandchildren; His Mother:  Mary Helen-Frisbie;  Four Step-Children:  Akanda Phillips, Misty Jo VanDyke and husband Tommy, Brandon McCowen and Tonya Fenton and husband Earl; Four Brothers:  David Frisbie and wife Marylin, Ray Dennis Frisbie and wife Tina, Daryl Frisbie and wife Tracy and Dale Frisbie and wife Michelle; Two Sisters:  Cheryl Coolbaugh and husband Ray and Mar-Lou Danelli and husband Art; a long time companion:  Lois O'Neil, other cousins and friends

His passion was to sail on the open sea on his sailboat, it is not longer a dream as now he is free.
