The Life of Joseph "JoJo" C. Gross, III
Mr. Joseph C. Gross, III, 42 of 1725 Newland Rd., Charlotte, NC but formerly of Weldon, NC departed this life Wednesday, January 5, 2011 at his residence in Charlotte, NC.
He was born May 23, 1968 in East Orange, NJ. He received his education and graduated from Weldon High School. He continued his education at North Carolina A&T State University, Greensboro, NC. From there he moved to Charlotte, NC.
He was employed at WalMart in Charlotte, NC and managed Bungalow Properties, Fort Mill, SC.
He was preceded in death by his father the late Joseph C. Gross, Jr.
Those left to cherish his memories are his loving mother: Allie Marie Gross, Gaston, NC, one brother: Antoine (Tony) Gross and wife Janice, Atlanta, GA, and one sister: Anne Marie Evans, Roanoke Rapids, NC, uncles: Attorney Roger Gross and wife Naomi, East Lansing, Michigan and Victor BoBo, Jersey City, NJ and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 1:00 pm in Faith, Hope and Charity Holiness Church, Elm St., Weldon, NC. Elder Victor Brown from Teaneck, NJ will deliver the eulogy. Burial will follow in the Roanoke Salem Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Garysburg, NC.
