A private viewing will be held 3:00 PM, Thursday, July 2, 2026 for selective family members ONLY-at the funeral parlor.

There will be a public viewing at 10:00 O'Clock In The Morning at the church, where he will be reposed.

The Celebration will be at 11:00 O'Clock In The Morning, Friday. July 3, 2026, Evangelistic Church of Deliverance-Sanctuary, Second Street, Weldon, NC with Rev. Arthur Vincent delivering the eulogy.

Burial will be followed in the Dailey Memorial Gardens, 271 Oak Street, Gumberry, NC

It was on the morning of Wednesday, June 24, 2026, around 9:20 AM, at his residene-123 Duke Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC 27870, that the call of death was made of Mr. James Stanley Turner, 67 to come for a final rest.

Two children: Jasmine Turner of the home and Travis Squire of Roanoke Rapids, NC; Two precious grandchildren; His mother: Bettie C. Turner of Roanoke Rapids, NC; His siblings: one brother-Minister Giovonni Turner and his wife Stephanie of Roanoke Rapids; Two sisters: Cynthia Green and Tonya Graham both of Roanoke Rapids, NC; a life long devoted companion: Barbara Watson of the home: an aunt: Catherine Collins: six nephews, five nieces, nineteen great nephews and nieces, three great-great nephews and a host of loving cousins, family and a special friend: Marcel Watson.
