The Life of Frances Odell Taylor, 86

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, April 12, 2022, 12:00 O'Clock High Noon, ECOD-Chapel, Elder Clarence Harris=Eulogist, Burial will follow in the Dailey Memorial Memorial Gardens, 271 Oak Street, Gumberry, NC

Life came to and end for Mother Frances Odell Taylor, 86 of Weldon, NC in the early morning of Tuesday, April 5, 2022 in her residence.

Frances was born on November 23, 1935 to the late Richard & Viola Anderson Taylor in Northampton County, NC. Frances attended Northampton County Schools in her early years and later started a job at Ralph's Barbecue of over thirty years where she retired.

She accepted Christ as her divine Savior and was renewed a new birth in Christ and joined the Evangelistic Church of Deliverance under the leadership of Bishop William H. Cheek, Sr. She was loved by so many for her kind hardness and willing to give which made her such an exceptional spirit.

Those left to cherish her memories are: Her Children: Percy Taylor of the home, Georgia Massenburg and husband Earl of Hampton, VA, Roy Taylor and wife Linda of Newport News, VA, and preceding her in death are sons: Willie and Randolph Taylor,  Nine Grandchildren: Charmane Taylor and Wayne Seaborne both of Garysburg, NC, Victor Massenburg of Fredericksburg, VA, Yasmine Ray of Pasadena, CA and Tori Ray of Newark NJ, Michael Purnell of Roanoke Rapids, NC, Damian Taylor of Brooklyn, New York, Desiree Varbelow of Perth Amboy, New Jersey, Randy Varbelow of Tampa, Florida, and host of great and great great grandchildren; Six brothers: Willie Taylor of Weldon, NC, Andrew Taylor wife Helen, James Taylor and wife Gloria, Jasper Taylor, Richard Taylor all of Garysburg, NC, David Taylor of New York; Three sisters: Omessia Taylor of Garysburg, NC, Nellie Taylor of Weldon, NC, and Mary Alice Mangum of Halifax, NC; preceding her death are two brothers: Roy and Edward Taylor and a host of nieces and nephew's cousin's friends and church friends.
