The Life of Clarence Junious Sykes, 58
CLARENCE JUNIOUS SYKES,son of the late Willie Joe Sykes and Fannie Mae Freeman-Sykes becan his journey with life on May 24, 1953 in Northampton County, NC.
CLARENCE attended the public schools of Northampton County and Job Corps. Brother was employed with JP Stevens for many years, and upon the closing of JP Stevens he began working for JC Pennys of Roanoke Rapids, NC and continuing his work force at Wal-Mart of Roanoke Rapids, NC until his illness.
CLARENCE better known as "BROTHER" or "SUPER FLY" was loved and admired by many people. Brother was a man that stayed to himself, loving to laugh and have fun. Brother was a hard worker and a TRUE FIGHTER until the end and never gave up despite his pain.
PEACEFULLY, CLARENCE answered God's call from earthly labor and entered into eternal peace on Sunday, December 25, 2011 at his home in Garysburg, North Carolina.

Two sisters: His Twin-Clara Stansberry of Irvington, NJ and Elaine Pierce of Roanoke Rapids, NC.Six nephews: Frankie Lee Smith, Jr.and wife Saundra of Garysburg, NC, Jermaine Taylor of Selden, NY, Jaques Taylor of San Diego, CA., Demetrius Freeman of Chicago,Ill, Kevin Stansberry of East Orange, NJ and Gregory Sykes and wife Abby of Philadelphia, Pa. Eight Nieces: Tia Smith of West Palm Beach, Fla.,Jaquetta Barnes of Hampton, Va.,Keshia Outlaw of Atlanta, Ga., Kaja' Dinmore of Irvington, NJ, Sharonda Alston and husband Todd, Mona Royal and husband Greg both of California, Jennifer Johnson and husband Avery of Va. and Phyllis Pierce of Roanoke Rapids, NC. A Special Thanks to three wonderful Friends: Barbara Wright of Roanoke Rapids, NC., Andrew Sheain of Garysburg,NC. and W.R. Funeral arrangements for Mr. Clarence Junious "Bro-Sykes" Sykes, 58 of 509 US Hwy 301 N., Garysburg, NC who died Sunday, December 25, 2011 in his residence will be held Friday, December 30, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Coleman Funeal Home in Garysburg, North Carolina.
