Forever In Our Hearts...The Life OF BOBBY LEON WEBB, 82

A viewing for his daughter Veronica and her family will be held Friday, March 15, 2024 at 1:30 PM at the funeral parlor, followed by a public viewing from 2 to 5 PM.

Burial will be in the Cool Spring Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Gaston, NC

Bobby Leon "BL" Webb entered into eternal rest on February 28, 2024, at
his home in Washington, DC.

Bobby was born on January 5, 1942 in Gaston, NC to the late Susie Webb
and Mike Squire. Bobby received his education in Northampton County
public school system.

After moving to Washington, DC in the early sixties, he married the late
Natalie Webb on December 11, 1965. He worked for the DC Department
of Sanitation, and later as a contractor for several other agencies.
Bobby was high spirited and a fun-loving person. He had a love for fixing
things hands on. He enjoyed watching movies, fishing, and camping with
family and friends. He also had an insatiable sweet tooth! Bobby touched
everyone in a special way throughout his memorable life.
In addition to his parents,

Bobby was preceded in death by his son Keith
Sledge, and sisters Dorothy Hawkins and Hazel Carpenter.
Bobby truly loved his entire family.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his
Daughter: Veronica Hall and husband Jerry, One Granddaughter: Jerlisa, Three Nieces:
Carolyn Hamilton, Cassandra Webb, Kasharne Neal, Two Nephews: Michael
Alston and wife Barbara, and Amos Webb Jr. A devoted friend of over 21 years:
Jessine Thompson and a host of great nieces, nephews, family and friends.
